中脑多巴胺能神经元发育过程中的转录因子 被引量:1

摘要 中脑多巴胺(DA)能神经元的发育成熟过程主要有两条转录因子信号通路参与一条是孤儿核受体(Nurr1)-酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)通路调控DA神经递质合成;另一条通路需要同源域蛋白Lmx1b和En的参与,Lmx1b驱动Pitx3控制中脑DA能神经元的成熟、存活,En1、En2(engrailed1、2)则控制其存活。中脑DA能神经元的正常发育是多种信号分子通路共同调控,DA能神经元的分化成熟过程是神经发育学研究的重要分支,对于阐明相关神经精神疾病的病理机制、寻找治疗方案,尤其是对帕金森病的发病和治疗意义重大。
