β-胡萝卜素中有机溶剂残留样的毛细管顶空进样法测定

Determination of Four Residual Organic Solvents in Beta-carotene by Headspace Capillary Gas Chromatography

摘要 采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定了β-胡萝卜素中4种有机溶剂乙醇、四氢呋喃、正庚烷、甲苯的残留量。色谱条件为HP-5柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),DMF溶剂,柱温50℃,进样口温度200℃,检测器温度250℃。4种残留有机溶剂均达到完全分离。该分析方法灵敏度、准确度均达到有机溶剂残留量的检测要求。 The contents of four residual organic solvents inβ-carotene: ethanol, tetrahydrofuran, n-heptane and toluene, were determined by the headspace capillary gas chromatography which used HP-5 capillary column (30m×0.25mm×0.25μm), FID detector, N, N-dimethylformarnide solvent, 50℃ oven temperature, 200℃ injector temperature, and 250℃ detector temperature. The four residual organic solvents were completely separated, and the sensitivity and accuracy of this method satisfied the requirement of determining residual organic solvent amounts.
