The Special Significance, Difficulties and Measures of Increasing Income of Peasants in Western China

中国西部地区的农民增收是一个比东部地区更为迫切的问题,因为西部地区农村居民的收入和生活水平比东部地区更低。中国西部地区的农民增收也是一个比东部地区更具有政治意义的问题,因为西部地区主要是民族地区和边疆地区。中国西部地区的农民增收还是一个比东部地区更为困难的问题,因为西部地区的农民增收,不仅面临与东部地区相同的一般困难,而且面临与东部地区不同的特殊困难。西部地区的农民增收,不仅更应该受到重视,而且必须采取特殊途径和措施。

Increasing income of peasants in western region of China is a more urgent problem than that in eastern region, because income level and living standard of peasants in western region is lower than that of peasants in eastern region that issue is of more political significance in West China than that in the eastern part, because the western area is mainly multi-rational area and border area. Meanwhile, that problem is more difficult for western area comparing to eastern region, because it faces not only the same difficulties as eastern area but also special difficulties. Increasing income of peasants in westem China should be paid attention to, moreover, it should be taken special approach and measures.
