摘要
近年来,我国的食品安全问题日益严重,已引起国家和整个社会的高度重视,众多专家、学者也对此进行了较为深入的研究和探讨,但其视角主要集中在质量检测和打击各类非法经营等食品安全管理方面,对作为食品主要原材料的农产品生产的安全性研究相对较少。然而,在对食品安全问题的讨论中,农产品生产过程的安全性是不容忽视的。
In recent years, the problem of food safety is more and more serious in China, which attracts greater attention of the government and the whole society. Specialists and scholars have researched and discussed this problem deeply. But the viewpoints are mainly concentrated on the aspects of food safety management like quality testing and fighting illegal dealings, etc. The study on farming products safety is relatively less. In the discussion of food safety problem, how farming products are produced cant be ignored.
