栀子清肝汤配合针刺治疗甲状腺功能亢进症115例疗效观察

The therapeutic effects of Zhiziqinggan decoction combined with acupuncture on 115 cases of hyperthyroidism

目的观察栀子清肝汤配合针刺治疗甲状腺功能亢进症肝火亢盛型的临床疗效。方法将217例甲状腺功能亢进症肝火亢盛型患者随机分为2组。治疗组115例应用栀子清肝汤随证加减配合针刺治疗,对照组102例应用他巴唑加心得安、维生素C口服治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率95.65%,对照组总有效率71.57%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论栀子清肝汤随证加减配合针刺治疗甲状腺功能亢进症肝火亢盛型疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Zhiziqinggan decoction combined with acupuncture on hyperthyroidism. Methods 217 patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into 2 groups. The 115 patients in treatment group were treated by Zhiziqinggan decoction combined with acupuncture ; the other 102 patients in control group were treated by taking tapazole,beta-neg and Vitamin C orally, with a treatment course of one month for both groups. The therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups after three treatment courses. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 96.65%, which was 71.57% in control group. There was a significant difference betwecn two groups. （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Zhiziqinggan decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in treating hyperthyroidism.
