中西医结合治疗耳带状疱疹30例

Therapeutic effects of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on 30 patients with auricular herpes zosyer

目的观察中西医结合治疗耳带状疱疹的疗效。方法将耳带状疱疹患者60例随机分为2组,治疗组30例口服龙胆泻肝汤、外敷青黛散,配合口服阿昔洛韦片治疗。对照组30例单纯口服阿昔洛韦片治疗。2组均10日为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组痊愈15例,显效9例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈7例,显效4例,有效5例,无效14例,总有效率53.33%。2组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗耳带状疱疹疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗,且无明显副作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on auricular herpes zosyer. Methods 60 patients with auricular herpes zosyer were randomly divided into 2 groups. The 30 patients in treatment group were treated by combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine ;the other 30 patients in control group were treated by taking ACV orally,with a treatment course of 10 days for both groups. The therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups after two treatment courses. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.33 %, which was 53.33 % in control group. There was a significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on auricular herpes zosyer is superior to that of simple western medicine, without obvious side effects.
