摘要
研究了镉(Cd2+)、铅(Pb2+)以及两者联合(Cd2++Pb2+)作用对泥鳅肝胰脏、肾脏及鳃谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性的影响.结果表明,随着Cd2+或Pb2+暴露量的增加,肝胰脏、鳃GPT和GOT活性先升高后下降,而肾脏转氨酶活性则随Cd2+质量浓度的升高而明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),随Pb2+质量浓度的升高而极显著升高(P<0.01).Cd2++Pb2+各质量浓度处理均引起组织GPT活性极显著下降(P<0.01);而GOT被低质量浓度Cd2++Pb2+诱导,暴露量增加时又被明显抑制(P<0.01).Cd2+对泥鳅组织转氨酶活性毒性作用大于Pb2+,Cd2++Pb2+联合抑制作用具有明显的协同效应.低质量浓度处理条件下,肝胰脏和鳃GOT及GPT活性受抑制明显;高质量浓度处理条件下,3种组织的转氨酶活性受抑制情况相似.
The effects of Cd^2+, Pb^2+ and Cd^2+-bPb^2+ on transaminase activities in tissues of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were reported in the paper. The results indicated that the GPT and GOT activities in hepatopancreas and gill increased with the low concentration treatment of Cd^2+ or Pb^2+, however deceased with the higher concentration treatments. While t activities, both GPT and GOT, in kidney were always inhibited significantly in Cd^2+ treatment group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01), but were induced obviously with Pb^2+ treatment (P 〈 0.01). The GPT activities in each tissue were all markedly reduced by Cd^2++pb^2+, but GOT actiyities were promoted with low concentration treatment and decreased when the concentration rose. In conclusion, the toxicity of single ion treatment showed with Cd^2+ 〉 pb^2+; the inhibiting effects of Cd^2++pb^2+ were stronger than Cd^2+or Pb^2+ respectively, which suggested that Cd^2+ and Pb^2+ were synergetic in action. Under exposure to low concentration heavy metal ions, the trausaminase activities were inhibited diversely in different tissues with kidney〈hepatopancreas〈gill, where, along with enhancing concentrations, the trausaminase activities were inhibited similarly in the three tissues.
