摘要
目的:从免疫学角度探讨保肾颗粒剂的药理作用机制。方法:建立兔系膜增殖性肾炎(MSPGN)模型,观察保肾颗粒剂对模型动物红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型动物的红细胞免疫复合物花环率(E-ICR)升高、红细胞C3b受体花环率(E-C3bRR)、红细胞膜分子CD35、CD58表达水平下降。经保肾颗粒剂治疗后,以上各值均有不同程度的恢复。结论:保肾颗粒剂能提高MSPGN模型动物的红细胞免疫黏附功能和红细胞膜分子CD35、CD58表达水平,其机制可能与保肾颗粒剂的免疫调节作用相关。
To explore the pharmacological mechanism of Baoshen granule in immunology. Method: The rabbit model of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis(MsPGN) was created. The change of red cell immunity in the MsPGN was observed after treating by Baoshen granule. Result: Compared with the normal group, E-ICR was increased significantly and the E-C3bRR, red cell membrane molecule CD35 ,CD58 level were decreased significantly in the rabbit model of MsPGN. The amounts above recovered after treating by Baoshen granule. Conclusion: Baoshen granule can enhance the red cell immune adherence function and membrane molecule CD35, CD58 in experimental chronic glomerulonephritis model. The possible mechanism is related to its immune adjustment.
