阿胶对血虚证动物模型的作用

Influence of Colla Corii asini on Animal Model with Blood Weak

目的:观察阿胶对化疗后动物模型骨髓抑制的作用。方法:采用ip吉西他滨导致全血细胞下降动物模型,将60只小鼠随机分为5组(空白组、模型组、大,中,小剂量阿胶组),除空白组外,其它组小鼠均接受吉西他滨造模,末次ip吉西他滨后,阿胶组ig0．78,1．56,3．12 mg·kg-1阿胶,模型组及空白组ig同体积0．9％氯化钠溶液,3次／d,连续7 d,测定其对动物各种血细胞及凝血指标的影响,观察动物一般状况。结果:阿胶对动物模型的骨髓抑制具有明显的治疗作用,且剂量与疗效之间存在正比关系;对动物具有营养支持作用。结论:阿胶对化疗药物所致的骨髓抑制具有一定的治疗作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of Colla Corii asini（ E Jiao） on bone marrow depression of animal after chemotherapy. Method： Sixty mice were randomly enrolled into 5 groups （ vacuo group, mould group, low, middle and high dosage of E Jiao group）. Besides vacuo group,all mice were received concurrent Gemcitabine chemotherapy. Among E Jiao groups mice after chemotherapy, E Jiao was administered at a dose of 0.78,1.56,3.12 mg·kg^-1 for 7 days and three times per day. Identical volum 0.9% NS was administered in mould group and vacuo group, on days 1 -7 and three times. Result： E Jiao has good influence on blood weak in animal with post-chemotherapy and has nutrien function. There exists direct ratio in dose and effect of E Jiao. Conclusion ：E Jiao has good influence on blood weak of animal with post-chemotherapy. E Jiao is worth of extending clinical application.
