Determination the Content of Paracetamol in Kangganling Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定抗感灵片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量。方法:Hypersil ODS2 C18色谱柱(250 mm×4．6 mm,5μm);甲醇-水(15:85)为流动相;检测波长为249nm;流速:1．0 ml·min-1。结果:对乙酰氨基酚在0．07-0．65μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98．7％,RSD为1．2％。结论:本方法快速、准确,可用于抗感灵片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a method for determination the content of paracetamol in Kangganling tablets by HPLC. Method： The Hypersil ODS2 C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 ram,5 μm） was used, the methanol-water （15： 85） as mobile phase, the detection wavelengh was at 249 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Result： The linear range of paracetamol was 0.07-0.65μg, the average recovery was 98.7%, （RSD = 1.2% ）. Conclusion： The method is fast and accurate. It can be used for determination the content of paracetamol in Kangganling tablets.
