阴道冲洗致乳酸杆菌的变化观察

Observation of Changes of Vaginal Lactobacilli of Washing Vagina

目的探讨经常用冲洗阴道的方法防治阴道炎的人群自身阴道乳酸杆菌的变化。方法采用阴道分泌物涂片，革兰氏染色法，对483例经常冲洗阴道防治阴遗炎的人群（观察组）和557例非经常；中洗阴道的人群（对照组），进行阴道乳酸杆菌半定量检测。结果观察组平均〈3d冲洗阴道一次者的阴道乳酸杆菌检出率占14．11％，平均每3-10d冲洗阴道一次者的阴道乳酸杆菌检出率占25％。而对照组的阴道乳酸杆菌检出率占84．92％，与观察组比较有显著差异（P=0．0006）。阴道乳酸杆菌检出量比较，观察组〈3d冲洗阴道一次者平均16．56（＋）／百人，观察组3—7d冲洗阴道一次者平均53．13（＋）／百人，对照组平均192，28（＋）／百人。统计学分析有显著差异（P=0．0004）。结论经常用冲洗阴道的方法防治阴道炎的人群，自身阴道乳酸杆菌明显减少．无以维持正常的阴道微生态环境。

Objective To study the changes of vaginal lactobacilli in often washing vagina women for preventing and curing vaginitis. Methods Adopt vaginal fluid smear, Gram g stain examination the half value of vaginal laetobaeilli in 483 cases （ observation group） who often washing vagina and in 557 cases （control group）who does not often washing vagina. Results In observation group, the detectable rate of vaginal lactobacilli is 14. 11% who wash vagina once, average 〈 3 days, the detectable rate of vaginal lactobacilli is 25% who wash vagina once average 3 to 10 days,the detectable rate of vaginal lactobacilli is 84.92% in control group. Compared two groups, it has the distinctive difference（ P =0. 0006）. In observation group the detectable value of vaginal lactobacilli is 16.56% who wash vagina once average 〈 3 days, the detectable value of vaginal lactobacilli is 53.13% who wash vagina once average 3 to 10 days, the detectabl value of vaginal lactobacilli is 192.28% in control group. Compared two groups,it has the distinctive difference（ P =0. 0004）. Conclusion Vaginal lactobacilli obviously decrease in often washing vagina women to prevent and cure vaginitis and it can not keep normal vaginal microorganism environment.
