摘要
目的观察长春瑞滨联合顺铂方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效与不良反应。方法应用长春瑞滨25mg／m^2静脉点滴，第1、8d，顺铂80～100mg／m^2静脉点滴，分第1、2d。结果48例，无1例完全缓解，部分缓解21例，无变化19例，进展8例，总有效率43．8％（21／48）。结论长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期肺小细胞肺癌有效率高，不良反应能耐受。
Objective To investigate the effect and toxicity of treatnlent on non - small cell lung cancer with NVB and DDP. Methods NVB 25mg/m^2 in the 1^st day and 8th day, and DDP 80-100mg/m^2 in two days were given. Results There were 0 CR,21 PR and 19 NC and 8 PD in the 48 patients. The response rate was 43.8% （ 21/48 ）. Conclusion Treatment on non - small cell lung cancer with NVB and DDP is efficient and the toxicity is tolerable.
