Color Doppler Ultrasonographic Characteristics of Cutaneous Soft Tissue Cystic Lymphatic Malformation

目的探讨皮肤软组织囊状淋巴管畸形的彩色多普勒超声特征。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的19例软组织囊状淋巴管畸形的彩色多普勒超声表现。结果19例囊状淋巴管畸形,单房4例,多房15例。单房者灰阶超声表现为圆形类圆形囊状肿物,多房者表现为蜂窝状或囊实性混合结构,间隔较厚,回声较强。彩色多普勒超声于单房囊周或多房间隔或囊周可探及动脉血流信号,PSV为(13.98±7.52)cm/s,R I为0.69±0.08。结论彩色多普勒超声对囊状淋巴管畸形的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要意义。

Objective To detect the color Doppler uhrasonographic characteristics of cutaneous soft tissue cystic lymphatic malformation. Methods The color Doppler appearence of 19 soft tissue cystic lymphatic malformations confirmed by surgical operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 19 cystic lymphatic malformations totally. Among them, there were 4 cases with single cyst, 15 cases with multi -cyst. Single cystic lymphatic malformation appeared a round or a round - looking cystic mass on gray scale ultrasound. Muhicystic lymphatic malformation looded like a mass with cystic and solid structure. The cysts had thick and hyperechoic septums. Arterious blood flow signs have been detected from the edge of single cystic mass of septum of multicystic lesion. PSV was （ 13.98 ± 7.52） cm/s, RI was 0. 69 ± 0.08. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound plays an important role in diagnosis and differentiation of cystic lymphatic malformations.
