内异消检测大鼠子宫内膜异位症的实验研究

Experimental Study on Mechanism of Treating Endometriosis with Chinese Herb Neiyixiao

目的检测子宫内膜异位症(EMT)大鼠的血液流变学、白细胞介素(IL)-6及IL-8的变化,探讨内异消的作用机制,为治疗该病提供依据。方法建立EMT大鼠模型,分为模型空白对照组、内异消组及丹那唑组,加上正常空白对照组、假手术对照组,观察内异消对大鼠的血液流变学、外周血IL-6和IL-8变化方面的影响。结果①内异消组、丹那唑组治疗1个月后与模型组相比,全血黏度均显著下降(P<0.01);②内异消组与丹那唑组较模型组外周血IL-6、IL-8含量明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)和极显著性(P<0.01)。结论内异消对EMT大鼠有明显治疗作用,其机理可能与改善血液流变学和降低IL-6、IL-8水平有关。

Objective To explore the influence of Neiyixiao on the blood rheology and the levels of IL - 6, IL - 8 of endometriosis（EMT）. Methods Animal models of with endometriosis after Jones method was established. Neiyixiao was observed and compared with danazol, the artery blood and endometriotie tissue were collected to assay the blood rheology, the levels of IL - 6 and IL - 8 of vein blood of endometriosis. Results ①Compared with MG, Neiyixiao could decreased whole blood viscosity obviously （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. ②The levels of IL - 6 and IL - 8 of vein blood of endometriosis in Neiyixiao and DLG were significantly lower compared with those in MG （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Neiyixiao has significant effects on endometriosis rats, the mechanisms might be related to improving blood rheology and decreasing levels of IL - 6, IL - 8.
