摘要
高等院校具有培养人才、发展科学和服务社会三大职能,其中以就业为导向,培养社会急需的应用型人才是高职高专院校的主要职能。高职高专教育必须树立“以就业为导向”的办学理念,必须以社会需要和劳动力市场的需求为目标,坚持面向生产、建设、管理、服务第一线,根据岗位和岗位群所需能力与素质提炼、整合成专业课程;坚持以人为本的管理、服务理念,创新对口型的高职教育模式,培养社会急需的应用型人才;在此过程中,一定要坚持品牌战略。
Institutions of higher education have three major functions of training talents, developping science and serving the society. Among them, taking employment as the direction, cultivating applied talents that the society needs most is the main functions of the higher vocational institutes. Higher vocational ducation must establish the idea of Taking employment as the direction running a school idea, regard demand of and labour market of the society as the goal, insist on facing the production, construction, management, service forefront, refine, exactly formate professional course according to a group of necessary ability of post; adhere to human-oriented management, service theory, professorship educational pattern of the innovation fitting in with one' s training or speciality type, the applied talents training the society to need mostly; In this course, we must adhere to brand strategy.
