摘要
烧结齿轮的性能与粉末冶金工艺密切相关,不同工艺和技术路线生产的齿轮,性能差异很大,而粉末冶金技术的发展促进了烧结齿轮性能的提高和尺寸的稳定。文章作者根据其多年从事粉末冶金齿轮生产与科研的实践经验分析和评述了近年来发展起来的温压成形、高速成形、烧结硬化、高温烧结、熔渗和齿轮表面致密化等技术及其在齿轮制造中的应用;指出:采用温压成形、高速成形、烧结硬化、高温烧结或溶渗等新技术配合表面数字化,可望同时实现高密度、低成本和高精度的齿轮生产。
The P/M processes affect the properties of sintered gears, different P/M processes and technical routes lead to different properties of sintered gears, and it is the development of P/M technique that promotes the improving of performance and the stablizing of size for sintered gears. Thereby the authors, basing upon their practice experience of manufacturing and studing gears by P/M process, analysed and evaluated the progress in powder metallurgy for sintered gears, including warm compaction, high velocity compaction, sinter hardening, high temperature sintering, infiltration and surface densification etc. And finally it is pointed out that at the same moment it is possible to produce the high density, low cost and high fineness gears by using the novel P/M processes mentioned above.
