环保型礼花弹壳承载能力的有限元分析及结构参数设计

Analyzing the Loading Capacity of Environmental Protection Type of the Cartridge Case of Fireworks by Finite Element Method and Designing the Mechanical Function Parameters

利用有限元分析方法对环保型礼花弹壳的承载能力与其直径、厚度的关系进行研究,首次导出了表述它们之间关系的理论公式,为礼花弹壳产品的参数设计提供了理论依据。

After its diameter and thickness affecting to the loading capacity the material properties of environmental protection type of the cartridge case of fireworks studied by finite element method （FEM）, the formula of relation of the mechanical function parameters is researched firstly. The new products of the cartridge ease of fireworks can be correctly finished by using these formulas.
