Probing into the Manufacturing Technology and Equipment of Aluminum Alloy Vehicle Wheels

铝合金车轮的质量直接关系人的生命安全,而我国50余家制造厂因生产工艺和设备千差万别,导致产品质量相差甚远。本文在综合国内外主流制造厂的工艺和设备的基础上,综合总结出一套目前比较优进也比较成熟的生产工艺和生产设备,供大家参考和探讨,并希望能对那些新建或需要进行技术改造的制造企业有所借鉴。

The quality of aluminum alloy vehicle wheels directly relates to the security of people＇ s live. However, among more than fusty manufacturing mill in our country, there appears big differences in quality of products as a consequence of varieties in manufacturing technology. Based on the technology and equipment of some main stream manufacturing mills in and out of China, this paper has synthesized a series of fairly advanced and skillful manufacturing technology and equipment at present for us to refer to or probe into. The author hopes that it would provide some reference for the newly built manufacturing mills or those that need technological transforms.
