目前,高职院校发展面临一系列前所未有的机遇,同时也突现出更多的问题。本文就其中的人力资源管理方面进行初步探讨。文章通过高职人力资源管理现状及原因分析,提出高职院校人力资源管理的对策。

Currently, the development of senior high vocational college faces a series of unpreudented opportunity, and also appears more problems. The paper studies the human resewrce management among them. It analyses the present condition and reasons of senior high vocational human resource management, and puts forward the coanterplan of the senior vocational college human resource management.
