摘要
编辑人格是出版业一种不可忽视的资源,但是,现阶段编辑人格存在价值观失当、敬业精神和社会责任感丧失、服务意识缺失、诚信度下降、道德行为失范等缺陷,重塑编辑的健康人格尤为重要。因此,编辑部(室)管理者应构建编辑健康人格发展的人文环境和激励机制,编辑应构建自己健康的精神家园,提高自身科学素质,加强自律,培养良好的道德人格。
The editor personality is an unignorable resource for publishing industry, but it is defective nowadays for editors' improper philosophy of life value, feeble consciousness for social liability and feeble affection for their job, bad service consciousness, descending sincerity and departure from moral behavior and so on. Therefore, editors should mold their personality by society and themselves, i. e. , the manager of editorial office should establish the humane environment and inspiring mechanism for the development of well - liking personality of editors, and editors should optimize their spiritual homeland, enhance their science quality, and eultivate autonomic character to build their perfect moral personality.
