摘要
本文探讨了利用气相色谱仪一次测定蔬菜中十种有机磷残留的有效方法。对蔬菜样品利用乙酸乙酯进行抽提,利用活性炭柱进行柱净化,十种农药在HP—17毛细管柱上6分钟内获得完全分离,回收率从80.6%至122.6%不等,10mg/kg以内的线性良好,变异系数为1.5%~7.9%,符合农药残留检测要求。方法快速、灵敏、准确。
A method for simultaneous determination of 10 Organophosphorus Pesticide residues in vegetable was described in this paper. The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate. Extracts were Cleaned up on column (1cm i. d. × 20 cm) Parked with anhydrous Na2SO4 % , 5% deactivated alumina and activated carbon, and determined by GC -FPD.
