摘要
资本市场与银行的竞争越来越激烈,银行优质客户的不断减少迫使银行寻找提升效率的新途径。受资产证券化过程中各机构分工与协作共同完成资产证券化的启示,把分工与协作延伸至银行间接融资的价值链,或许能够提升商业银行的效率。沿着银行间接融资内在的价值链重新设定其功能,使其成为该价值链上最有战略优势的一个环节,先把其解构成一个单一功能银行。单一功能的银行是各种形式的控股公司的基础。单一功能的银行是否组成某种形式的联合体,甚至全能银行,取决于企业相对于市场的成本优势。
More qualified customers are drawn away from banking due to the pressure or challenge of more and more fierce competitions so that hanks are compelled to seek new ways of improvement in their efficiency with the development of capital market. Based on the value chain of bank finance, banking function is unbundled and the bank is reset to be single function bank. Under the inspiration of the distribution and cooperation working together to fulfill the capital stock process, the application of specialization and cooperation to the value chain of fund circulation between banks may help to improve the efficiency of the individual bank, Single functional banking is the foundation of various forms of shareholding companies. The decision of whether to compose a kind of union or not in the single functional company may be decided by the cost advantage of finn in the market.
