滋阴狼疮胶囊对系统性红斑狼疮患者皮质醇和GRα mRNA的影响 被引量:6

Effect of "Ziying Langchuang Capsule" on Serum Cortisol and Glucocorticoid Receptor-α mRNA in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patients

摘要 目的:观察滋阴狼疮胶囊治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的临床疗效及对皮质醇、GRαmRNA的影响。方法:70例SLE患者随机分为两组:对照组30例,以糖皮质激素治疗;治疗组40例,以糖皮质激素和滋阴狼疮胶囊治疗。另选20例健康人作为正常组。应用化学发光法测定血清皮质醇,逆转录酶-聚合酶链反应法检测GRαmRNA,观察其与正常人差异及治疗前后的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组为80%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血清皮质醇水平与正常人相当(P>0.05),而GRαmRNA表达明显低于正常人(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组GRαmRNA下调水平高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴狼疮胶囊可增强糖皮质激素的临床疗效,其增效作用可能是通过调控GRmRNA水平实现的。 Objective: To investigate the effect of "Ziying Langchuang Capsule" on the level of serum cortisol and GRα mRNA in treating systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods: Seventy patients with SLE were randomized into two groups: control group in which 30 cases were treated with glueocorticoid and treatment group in which 40 cases were treated with this Capsule and glucocorticoid; and another 20 healthy people were observed as normal group. Measurement of the levels of serum cortisol and glucocortieoid receptor-α mRNA(GRα mRNA) in different groups were performed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 90% in treatment group and 80% in control group; the SLE patients had the same serum cortisol leverl as the healthy people, and lower GR mRNA level. While the patients had higher GRα mRNA level than healthy people (P〈 0.05). After treatment, GR mRNA level increased more obviously in treatment group than in control group(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: This Capsule helps glucocorticoid in the treatment of SLE possibly by upregulating GRα mRNA.
