匹多莫德片和阿奇霉素联合治疗支原体肺炎110例临床分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨减少支原体肺炎反复发作的有效方法。方法:对确诊的支原体肺炎患儿按治疗日期进行分组,观察组110例,口服阿奇霉素冲剂,10 mg/(kg.d),1次/d,连服3 d,停用4 d为1疗程,共用3个疗程,加服免疫增强剂匹多莫德,1粒/次,1次/d,连用30 d;对照组106例,仅口服阿奇霉素冲剂,剂量和疗程相同。结果:观察组患儿有效率稍高于对照组,但在防止复发方面明显好于对照组,两组数据差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:阿奇霉素联合匹多莫德片治疗支原体肺炎,临床效果满意,复发率低,联合用药具有优越性。 Objective: To investigate the effective method of decreasing the repeated incidence of mycoplasmal pneumonia. Methods. The children diagnosed with Mycoplasmal pneumonia were divided treatment group and control group. In treatment group the patients were orally adminis- trated with Azithromycin (10 mg/kg ·d), one treatment course:once per day, and take orally continuous for three days, then stop for four days. Repeat the treatment course twice so that altogether uses 3 treatment courses. Takes immunmodulating agent, pidotimod, each time one tablet, once per day, continuously take orally 30 days. In control group, only Azithromycin was taken orally, the dosage and the treatment course was the same. Results: The patients in treatment group showed an improved condition and recurring rate was lower. In the control group, the patient's condition improved also, but when they stoped taking azithromycin, they suffered from serious phenomenon again. There was obviously difference between the two data with a statical significant of P〈0.05. Conclusions:The combination of Azithromycin and Pidotimod could provide satisfied effect on Mycoplasmal pneumonia, shows a low recurring rate and has the superiority in treatment of Mycoplasmal pneumonia.
