通过病案质量评审,找出病案书写中存在的问题,对影响病案质量的相关因素进行分析。针对存在问题及影响因素,提出提高病案质量的方法。

By assuming the quality of medical records ,we tried to find out the problems existing in the medical records and analyse the related factors affecting medical records. In view of these problems and factors, we put forward some ways to improve the quality of medical records.
