摘要
产后出血是产科常见的严重并发症。通过对我科住院的102例产科出血临床资料进行观察分析,结果显示子宫收缩乏力是产后出血最常见的原因,约占产后出血总数的74.51%。其它如胎盘滞留、软产道撕裂、产妇本人凝血功能障碍、DIC等也占一定比例。
Post partum hemorrhage is a common serious complication in obstetrics.By analyzing the 102 obstetrics hemorrhage cilinical cases, lack-of-power uterine contraction was a most corn mon cause,which occupied about 74.51% of all post partum hemorrhages.Besides,some other causes like placental retentions,soft birth canal avulsions,the lying-in woman＇s own functioning congulant dysfunctions,and DIC.took up a certain percentage.
