纸尖法定量研究鎵合金的倒封闭性能

摘要 目的:比较鎵合金与GK高铜银汞合金两种牙体修复材料的倒封闭性能,探讨鎵合金用作根尖倒封闭材料的可行性。方法:用标准纸尖法和染料渗透法相结合的方法定量分析离体牙根尖倒封闭术后的微渗漏情况。结果:鎵合金组根尖充填后28天时的微渗漏情况明显优于GK高铜银汞合金组,统计学检验有极显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。结论:鎵合金比银汞合金具有更好的根尖倒封闭性能。 Objective To study the sealing ability of Gallium Alloy as a retrograde root-filling material. Methods To analyze the extent of microleakage in two groups with Paper Point Method and Dye Penetration Method. Results There was a statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.01) of the microleakage between Gallium Alloy and GK Amalgam group after 28-day immersion in 1% Methylene Blue solution. Conclusion The results indicate that Gallium Alloy has a better retrograde sealing ability than GK Amalgam.
