电力市场化改革实践反映出我国电力法的立法基础已发生了重大变化。在概括我国电力法体系框架的基础上,提出电力法修订的主要方向及内容、相关法律法规的配套完善、监管制度的系统构建及关于我国制订反垄断法的立法对策及建议。

Marketization reform practice of electric power reflects that the legislative base of electric power law has changed greatly in our country. On the basis of generalizing the system of our country＇s electric power law, puts forward the leading directions and contents of electric＇power law recension, the perfection of relative law, the building of supervision system,as well as countermeasures and suggestions to lay anti monopolization law in our country.
