我国基础教育改革的基本目标是整体推进素质教育,全面提高国民素质和民族创新能力。因此,要真正实现从应试教育到素质教育的根本性转变,教育改革必须走向更深的层面和更高的层次。创新教育理应成为素质教育的一种新境界,特别是选择创新性教学为教育改革的突破口,可以整体带动基础教育的发展,全面促进素质教育的实施。

The basic target of basic education reformation is advancing quality education holistically, improving civil quality and national innovation ability roundly. Therefore, in order to realize the essential change from exam - orientated education to quality education, education reformation must go towards deeper lay and higher level. Innovation education should become a new view of quality education. Especially, takes innovating teaching as breakthrough of education information, drives the development of basic education holistically, promotes the implementation of quality education roundly.
