简·爱没有失败——与《〈简·爱〉的失败》的作者商榷

Jane Eyre Does Not Fail

本文根据当代西方文艺理论的研究重点转移——从重点研究作家转移到重点研究作品文本以及按照马克思主义原理——对立统一规律,与《〈简.爱〉的失败》的作者商榷,其认为由于英国女作家夏洛蒂.勃朗特的自卑心理等使其小说《简.爱》在人物性格塑造上产生了疏漏,揭露“女性先锋”简.爱的失败,而本文的笔者不这样认为,本文认为小说的作者夏洛蒂塑造的人物简.爱的心理是正常的,小说《简.爱》及其主人公简.爱没有失败。

According to the transformation of the study focus of the twentieth century western critical theory——from writers to their works and the Marxist Theory the law of the unity of opposites, the author of this paper has a discussion with the author of The Failure of Jane Eyre in which owning to the inferiority complex, the protagonist in Charlotte Bronte＇s best literary production Jane Eyre——savant-garde Jane Eyre fails. The author of this paper doesn＇t agree with this point of view, saying that the psychology of Jane Eyre is regular and neither the novel Jane Eyre nor its heroine Jane Eyre fail.
