摘要
鹅副粘病毒(Goose’s Paramyxovirus)病是1997年扬州大学王永坤教授等发现的一种新的鹅的烈性传染病,该病使10日龄以内的雏鹅发病率和死亡率均达到100%,平均发病率和死亡率分别为27.7%和18.2%。用含该病毒的鸡胚尿囊液做成水相制出油包水型油乳佐剂灭活疫苗。从该疫苗的免疫结果来看,疫苗在免疫后第7d即可产生抗体(平均为4 1og2),第15 d可达到91og2;从免疫保护试验看,免疫后15 d,用强毒攻击,免疫组全部保护,而对照组.20只鹅全部发病,其中有18只死亡。从区域性中试调查结果来看,该苗安全、有效,能较好地控制该病的发生。
A new viral disease of goose was reported by Wang Yongkun etc. The disease showed high morbidity and mortality, which can reach 27.7% and 18.2% separately, and even both 100% for younger goose that no older than 10 days with immediately egg production losses for laying goose infection. The virus classified as Paramyxoviridae-Goose-paramyxoviru-s. After then, we have made oil emulsion inactivated vaccine from the oil mineral, Span-80, aluminium stearate as oil phase, and chicken embryos all altois liquid as water phase, which can produce pharmceutical deactition vaccine of the oil containing the water. The safety test in field goose, kinetics of antibodies response generated, protective rate of challenged and duration of immunity, the result indicated that the antibodies against the virus were generated 7days post inoculation and the highest antibodies were generated post 30 days. The HI titer is 9log2; At 15 days past immunization, the productivity is 100%. In the end, this vaccine is testified to be safe effective and could give good protection against infection.
