摘要
为测定R-Fe-Co(R=Sm0.5Ho0.5,R≤33.3%)赝三元相图800℃等温截面,采用磁控电弧炉在高纯氩气保护下熔炼了39个不同成分的R-Fe-Co系合金样品.通过金相显微镜、X射线衍射和电子探针分析了各样品在800℃的组成相,确定出800℃等温截面图.研究结果表明:该截面由9个单相区、14个两相区和6个三相区组成;该截面共有7个金属间化合物,不存在5∶19相.
For determining the isothermal section of the R - Fe - Co pseudoternary system with R≤33.3 at. % ( R = Sm05Ho0.5 ) at 800 ℃ , different components of 39 samples of R - Fe - Co alloy series are melted in fill- ing argon gas's arc furnace that is controlled by magnetism. Every sample phase is known by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis and electron probe microanalysis. Results show the isothermal section contains 9 single-phase regions, 14 two-phase regions and 6 three-phase regions. There are 7 intermetallic compounds and no 5:19 phase in the section.
