新型SiBCN先驱体的合成及其陶瓷性能的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 综述了近年来采用有机先驱体制备S iBCN复合陶瓷的研究现况.详细介绍了S iBCN先驱体合成的两种主要方法,并对利用这两种方法获得的先驱体和裂解后的陶瓷的产率等方面进行了比较.阐述了S iBCN复合陶瓷与纯S iC和S i3N4陶瓷在力学,抗蠕变,抗氧化等性能的差别. This paper reviews the recent development status of SiBCN ceramics fabricated by precursors. Two routes of synthesis of precursor are introduced in detail. The yield of precursor and ceramics which were fabricated by different routes are compared. The difference of mechanics and resistance of creep deformation and oxidation between the SiBCN ceramics and pure SiC and Si3N4 are introduced.
