摘要
目的:研究毛山蒟的化学成分,为毛山蒟植物的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取毛山蒟叶中挥发油,GC-MS法分离鉴定其化学成分,并测定各化合物在挥发油中的相对百分含量。结果:共鉴定了43个成分,占挥发油的89%以上。结论:毛山蒟挥发油成分主要为萜类的衍生物,占挥发油的71.24%,其中双环杜鹃烯的含量最高达22.42%。
Objective: To study chemical components of volatile oil from leaves of Piper martini C. DC. and provide basis for the usage of Piper martini C. DC. Methods: The volatile oil was extracted from leaves of Piper martini C. DC. by steam distillation ; Its chemical components as well as their contents were analyzed by GC -MS. Results: 43 components were separated and identified, which account for over 89% of total volatile oil. Conclusions: The main chemical components of leaves of Piper martini C. DC. are derivates from terpene (71.24%), with bicyclogermacrene as the highest (22.42%).
