Comparative Studies of Industry Re-feeding Agriculture in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong and Guangdong

工业反哺农业的实质就是要改变农业和农村经济在资源配置和国民收入分配中所处的不利地位,加大公共财政支农力度,让公共服务更多地深入农村、惠及农民,实现城乡一体化发展。我国沿海发达地区已具备工业反哺农业的能力。该文以江苏、浙江、山东和广东四省为例,对沿海地区补农扶持政策、财政支农现状和乡镇工业补农等进行了比较研究。

The substance of industry re-feeding agriculture is to transform the disadvantageous stance of agriculture and rural economics in the resource installment and the national income repartition, to increase the agriculture-supporting strength of public finance, to enable public service to go deeper into villages, and to realize the integrative development of the countryside and city. The coastal areas in our country have the ability of industry re-feeding agriculture. This paper comparatively studies the support policy of agriculture subsidies, the actual state of finance supporting agriculture and the village industry subsidizing agriculture in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and Guangdong Province.
