汕油系列和粤油系列花生品种遗传多样性的SSR标记分析 被引量:9

摘要 利用19对SSR标记引物对汕油系列和粤油系列的15个主要品种进行了遗传多样性分析,结果表明:有6对标记引物扩增出多态性,在15个品种间共检测到18个多态性等位点,每对引物分别检测出2~4个等位点变异,平均为3.0个,6个标记的多态性信息含量(PIC)建0.124~0.622;品种间的遗传相似系数在0.167~0.833,大部分品种间的遗传相似系数大于0.5;以遗传相似系数0.535为界,15个品种聚为4类。 The genetic diversity among 15 peanut cultivars of Shanyou and Yneyou was analyzed with 19 SSR markers. The result showed that 6 SSR loci were polymorphism. Total 18 alleles were detected in 15 cultivars and the deteck;d alleles were 2 -4 per SSR locus with an average of 3.0. The polymorphism infornmtinn content (PIC) of 6 SSR markers varied from 0.124 to 0.622. The genetic similarities (C,S) among 15 cultivars ranged from 0. 167 to 0.833 and those were more than 0.5 among most cultivars. 15 cultivars were classified into 4 groups at 0.535 of C,S.
