摘要
比较了京亚、维多利亚2个葡萄品种套袋与未套袋对果实品质的影响。结果表明:套袋可减少病虫果率和用药次数,降低农药残留量,促使果皮光滑、细嫩、艳丽,并且提高了可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量及糖酸比。
In older to discuss the effects of the grapes' quality, the different techniques of hagging and non-bagging were contrasted. The result shown that the bagging technique can decrease the rate of disease and using time of pesticide, reduce the chemical residual and increase the production. The hag was removed in about ten days before harvest, which not only promoted the fruit colouring with smooth fruit skin, bright colour and beautiftd type, but also increased the soluble solid content and acidity. 'Ihe content of soluble solid and acidity in hagging fruit was enhanced 4.2 percent and 11 percent, respectively. And it did not affect the grapes taste.
