摘要
选用3种不同的黄精属植物黄精、滇黄精和多花黄精,研究其光合特性和荧光特性的差异。结果表明,3种植物中多花黄精净光合速率(Pn)最高,黄精其次,滇黄精最低。黄精的气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)均显著高于其他2个供试种。在人工种植条件下,光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)的最大量子产量(Fv/Fm)差异不显著,黄精的PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/F0)显著低于其他2个种,具有较高的PSⅡ有效量子产量(ΦPSⅡ)、表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)和光化学淬灭(qP)值,但其非光化学淬灭(NPQ)值低于多花黄精,说明在人工种植条件下,黄精能够表现出较高的光能利用率。但值得注意的是,滇黄精的ΦPSⅡ、ETR、NPQ和qP等各项指标均显著低于其他2个种。
The context has compared with the photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluoresecence on Polygonaatm sibiricum Red., Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua and Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl. The results showed that Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua has the highest value of Pn, Polygonarum sibiricum Red. takes the second place. The value of Gs and Tr on Polygonaturm sibiricum Red. significantly higher than that of other two species. There was no significance in the value of F1/ Fm in 3 species, however, the value of FiFo of polygonatum sibiricum Red. is significantly lower than that of other two species., and it also has the highest value of ФPsⅡ, ETR, NPQ and qP while the value of NPQ was lower than Polygonaatm cyrtonema Hua. It was showed that the Polygonatum sibiricum Red. has the highest photosynthetic rate within the 3 species in local station. But the more attentions should be given that the value of CPPsn, ETR, NPQ and qP on Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl. was remarkable lower in 3 species.
