摘要
摇尺数控是MJB3212型半自动跑车木工带锯机的核心装置。本文针对原机床存在的进尺控制、余尺数显误差大,且进常失控,致使整机无法正常生产的问题。研制了单片机数控系统。利用软线数控的优点,通过编程检测到原数控误差大的原因,并用软件克服之。同时加强了抗干扰的各种措施,使数控系统能准确稳定运行。
NC mechanism of rocking rule is the core of a MJB3212 semiautomatic woodwork sawing machine.With some problems in the initial NC mechanism, such as advancing rule unaccurately, indicating reminder rule unexactly and usually loss of contral, which can't mmake a machine to produce normally. A rocking rule NC system of micropricess is developped.BY making use of merits of soft line NC and programming, the causes of great difference in the initial mmachince are found and overcome by software. This strongthens variant measures of interference resistance,therefore, the NC mechanism is performed accurately and reliably and mmake a machine reexact its functions.
