我国小城镇发展中的个体·企业及政府行为分析

Study on the Behaviors of Individual,Enterprise and Government in Small Town Development

在市场经济条件下,小城镇的发展更重要地取决于市场主体的行为选择。分析小城镇发展中劳动力及人口转移行为、企业聚集行为以及政府行为中存在的问题,揭示小城镇人口和产业聚集不足的主要原因,形成了我国小城镇研究的行为分析框架。

Under the condition of market economy, the small town development is mamly decided by the choice of market subject behaviors. In this article the behaviors of population transferring, enterpfises agglomerating and problems existed in govemment behavior in small town developmnt were ana- lyzed. The main reasons of insufficient about population gathering and entezprises agglomerating in small town development were further promulgated. The analyzing frame of behavior in the research on the small town development in our country was formed.
