摘要
采用系统工程理论中的层次分析法,应用考核软件通过计算,得到在考核层总排序中所有被考核公务员的量化数据,从而为农村公务员考核提供科学、公正、客观的考核参考数据。
The quantified data of all the civil servants assessed in the appraisal-classification is calculated by evaluation software through level analysis in systems engineering theory, thereby providing the scientific, impartial and objective referring evaluation data of assessment of rural civil servants.
