The advance of β-lactamases produced by pseudomonas aeruginosa

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌产β_内酰胺酶是其对β_内酰胺类抗生素耐药的主要机制,所产β_内酰胺酶种类繁多、特性各异,并在β_内酰胺类抗生素广泛应用的选择压力下,不断有新的β_内酰胺酶产生。文中对铜绿假单胞菌产β_内酰胺酶(ESBL、AmpC、金属酶)耐药机制的研究进展作了简要综述。 The most important mechanism of resistance to β-lactam antibiotics is the β-lactamases produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the β-lactamases is different in catology and character and produce a new ones under Pseudomonas aerug/nosa that contain β-lactamases encounter simultaneous or consecutive selective pressure with different β-lactam molecules. This review describes the origin, evolution and characteristics of the β-lactamases produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
