摘要
目的总结横纹肌溶解症的声像图特征,探讨超声对横纹肌溶解症的诊断价值。方法分析总结了35例经临床确诊的横纹肌溶解症的二维和彩色多普勒超声特征。结果横纹肌溶解症声像图及血流图特征躯体病变区域横纹肌整体连续性好,肌纹理模糊不清,回声增强,呈云雾状或毛玻璃样,于肌间或肌肉与骨表面间出现液性暗区,呈类梭形或不规则形;病灶区无血流信号。结论横纹肌溶解症的声像图具有特征性表现,超声可为其临床诊断及治疗提供重要信息。
Objective To study the characteristics of rhabdomyolysis （RM） on sonograms and color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） and to evaluate ultrasound diagnostic value for RM. Methods The sonographic characteristics in 35 cases with RM were studied. Results The sonograms manifested as follows ： The continuation of muscles was maintained, but the textures were unclear, cloudy-like or ground-like. Liquid dark areas between intermuscular and interbone surfaces were found and appeared shuttle-like or irregular. CDFI： No color Doppler flow signal could be found. Conclusions Ultrasonography possessesa very important role in the diagnosis and treatment of RM.
