摘要
本文通过常温和高温垫片性能试验,结合对法兰接头进行整体的瞬态温度和密封性能有限元分析,对一使用特殊组合垫片法兰接头的密封性能进行了定量分析,回答了两个问题:(1)该组合垫是否适用于介质温度和压力大幅度变化的工况;(2)需多大的预紧力,才能确保法兰连接安全可靠。
The paper investigates the behavior of bolted flanged joints with special combined gaskets quantitatively, with the purpose to solve two problems. One is whether the selected combined gaskets are suitable for the operation at thermal and pressure shock conditions. The other is that how much proload is needed to ensure sealing. Combined gaskets are tested at room and elevated temperatures. The transient behavior of the flanged joints at pressure and elevated temperature are also obtained by using finite element analysis.
