摘要
为了解决无模成形方法制造大型球罐的困难,本文提出了一种特殊壳体,该壳体在胀形前已将支柱焊在球瓣上,并且针对赤道带瓣与瓣对接焊处成形困难问题提出了一种减少瓣间两面角的特殊工艺方法。本文针对这种壳体的无模成形技术进行了实验研究,并对应变分布、直径变化及柱脚在不同摩擦条件下位移进行了测量分析,指出了该壳体的无模成形技术是可行的,并具有良好的经济性,为大型球罐的无模成形制造提供了技术依据。
In order to overcome the difficulty of manufacturing large-scale spherical vessels with dieless forming, a new kind of shell with special structure is put forward in this paper, and props have been welded on petals before deformation of the shell. A special process is also advanced to decrease two-faced angle between petals so as to overcome the difficulty of deformation of the zone between two petals on the equator line. The dieless forming process of the shell is studied in the paper, and the strain distribution, diameter variation and the displacement of the props under different friction condition are measured and analysed, It is feasible to manufacture the shell with dieless forming, and it also has high economic value, which has provided technological basis for manufacturing large - scale spherical vessels with dieless forming.
