拉米夫定治疗对慢性乙型肝炎患者生活质量的影响

Effect of lamivudine treatment on the quality of life of chronic hepatitis B

目的:评价拉米夫定治疗对各型慢性乙型肝炎患者生活质量的影响,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:应用健康状况调查问卷(SF-36中文版),对拉米夫定治疗前后轻度(n=51)、中度(n=53)和重度(n=46)慢性乙型肝炎患者共150例的生活质量指标进行对照分析,综合评价拉米夫定的疗效及对各型慢性乙型肝炎的影响。结果:拉米夫定治疗后慢性乙型肝炎患者组的SF-36总评分及生理功能、生理职能、精神健康、社会职能、躯体疼痛和活力的平均评分与治疗前相比有显著差异(P<0.01);拉米夫定治疗对轻度、中度和重度各型慢性乙型肝炎患者生活质量的影响有差异;治疗过程无严重不良反应和事件发生。结论:拉米夫定能从不同的方面提高各型慢性乙型肝炎患者的生活质量;生活质量可以作为临床疗效评价的参考依据,指导慢性乙型肝炎治疗方法的决策。

Objective To assess the quality of life of 3 types of chronic hepatitis B before and after the treatment of lamivudine, and to find an ideal way of medical treatment for chronic hepatitis B. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with chronic hepatitis B were investigated in this study, among whom 51 were in mild state illness, 53 were middle-range and the other 46 were severe. The quality of life of the patients was assessed by the quality of life questionnaire （ SF-36 ）. The marks of questionnaire were compared before and after the use of lamivudine to assess its comprehensive curative effect on chronic hepatitis B. Results The total score of SF-36, score of physical function, role-physical, mental health, social function, bodily pain and vitality were significant different before and after the treatment. Statistically significant differences were found among the 3 types of chronic hepatitis B before and after the treatment. Conclusion The quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B can be improved by using lamivudine. Assessment of quality of life may be taken as an important index in treating chronic hepatitis B.
