MBT直丝弓矫治技术矫治安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错的临床分析

MBT straight wire for Class Ⅱ clivision Ⅰ malocclusion cases

目的:评价应用MBT直丝弓矫治技术矫治安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错的临床效果。方法:应用MBT直丝弓矫治技术对36例安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类患者,通过拔除4颗双尖牙或2颗上颌双尖牙矫治,对治疗前后X线头影测量结果进行统计及分析。结果:应用MBT直丝弓矫治技术矫治后,前牙覆盖减小6.04mm(P<0.01),上中切牙倾斜度(U1-NA)减小15.43度(P<0.01),上中切牙突度U1-NA(mm)减小4.71mm(P<0.01),ANB明显减小(P<0.05).结论:MBT直丝弓矫治技术是治疗安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错患者是一种操作简单,有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate case of Class Ⅱ treated with MBT division Ⅰ. Methods the therapeutic Thirty-six class effects of MBT Ⅱ division Ⅰ straight wire malocclusion on extraction patients were straight wire by extracting 4 bicuspid premolars or 2 maxillary bicuspid premolars. The X-ray cephalograms were analyzed before and after the treatment of MBT straight wire. Results After the treatment, the overjet was reduced by 6.04 mm （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; U1 -NA was reduced by 15.43 degrees （P〈0.01） ; and U1-NA （mm） was reduced by 4.71 mm （P 〈0.01）. ANB was significantly reduced （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion MBT straight wire not only shortens the opera- tion but also shows superior effect for Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion cases.
