摘要
目的探讨继发性肠套叠的声像图特点。方法对13例经手术、病理确诊的继发性肠套叠患者术前声像图回顾性分析,总结其超声表现特点。结果继发性肠套叠超声图像在“靶环征”、“套筒征”基础上呈现出多样性,部分病因引起的继发性肠套叠有其特征。结论超声检查是继发性肠套叠的首选检查方法之一,部分还能作出准确的病因诊断。
Objective To discuss the characteristics of secondary intussusceptions on uhrasonography. Methods The preoperative sonographic features of secondary intussusceptions in 13 cases confirmed by operation and pathology were reviewed and analyzed. Results Secondary intussusceptions showed various sonographic features based on target sign and sleeve sign, and some of them had specific features clue to certain causes. Conclusion Uhrasonography was one of the fist-line examinations in the diagnosis of secondary intussusceptions, and some of which can he diagnosed etiologically.
