粘连性机械性肠梗阻的X线诊断

Diagnosis of the mechanically intestinal obstruction with the sticky bands by X-ray

目的探讨粘连性机械性肠梗阻的病因和X线征象。方法收集龙岗中心医院近一年来临床资料完整,X线摄片质量好的病例共28例进行回顾性分析。患者均以急、慢性腹痛就诊,伴或或不伴恶心、呕吐、腹胀、便闭等症状。摄片检查使用国产500mA的X线机。结果本组粘连性肠梗阻的病因包括手术后粘连22例、腹部慢性炎症粘连5例、先天性发育异常1例。典型的X线表现包括膈肌升高、部位固定的肠曲扩张、扩张肠曲分层排列及形态各异的粘连带。结论粘连性肠梗阻有其特有的X线表现可供诊断参考。

Objective To explore the pathogenic causes and the X-ray features of mechanical intestinal obstruction by the sticky bands. Methods The clinical pathological histories and X-ray films of twenty-eight patients with the mechanically intestinal obstruction were retrospectively studied. All patients were respectively examined on the X-ray machine with 500mA. Retults In the group,there were abdominal operation previously in 22 cases, acute or chronic inflammation of abdomen in 5 cases, and congenital intestinal obstruction in 1 case. On the radiographs, the intestinal expansion with fixed position, the intestinal assembly with different layers, and the sticky bands with various shapes could be displayed at the same time or respectively. Conclusion There are some special features of mechanically intestinal obstruction with the sticky bands on the radiographs.
