应用阳离子去垢剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵沉淀重组质粒ＤＮＡ，得到的ＤＮＡ制剂纯度高，可直接用于双股ＤＮＡ序列分析，本法省时，ＤＮＡ序列分析重复性好。

Time-saving method to prepare recombinant plasmid DNA suitable for sequencing is described in this report.The strategy is based on the use of the cationic detergent cetyl-trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTABor DNA precipitation. The resulting DNA is of high quality. This methed allows double strand DNA sequencing directly after CTAB preciptation without introducing any other precipitation or purification step.We routinely obtain reproducible sequencing results.
